INSTALLATION

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

HINT:

  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
  • The following procedure is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT GASKET

(a) Install a new headlight gasket.

2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY

NOTICE:

If the headlight ECU sub-assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it with a new one.

(a) for Single Beam Headlight:

(1) Connect the connector.

(b) for Triple Beam Headlight:

(1) Connect the 2 connectors.

(c) Install the connector cover to the headlight ECU sub-assembly.

(d) Install the headlight ECU sub-assembly with the 3 screws.

3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY

for LED Type Turn Signal Light:

OPERATION CHECK AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK NOTICE: Make sure that the customize settings are set to default when performing the automatic light control system operation check. Click here (a) Turn the engine switch on (IG). (b) Turn the light control switch to the AUTO position.
