INSTALLATION PROCEDURE 1. INSTALL HV FLOOR UNDER WIRE CAUTION: Be sure to wear insulated gloves. (a) Insert the HV floor under wire into the floor panel hole and engage the grommet. (b) Install 2 new clamps in the order shown in the illustration. (c) Install the nut.

REASSEMBLY CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side. The following procedure is for the LH side. PROCEDURE 1. INSTALL FRONT AXLE OUTBOARD JOINT BOOT (a) Secure the drive shaft in a vise between aluminum plates. NOTICE: Do not overtighten the vise. (
