PRECAUTION FOR DISCONNECTING CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
-
After the engine switch is turned off, the radio receiver assembly records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the engine switch off, make sure to wait at least 85 seconds before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

When disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal, initialize the following systems after the terminal is reconnected.

PRECAUTION FOR AUDIO AND VISUAL SYSTEM
NOTICE:

When replacing the radio receiver assembly, always replace it with a new one. If a radio receiver assembly which was installed to another vehicle is used, the following may occur:

A communication malfunction DTC may be stored.

The radio receiver assembly may not operate normally.
-
When replacing the DCM (telematics transceiver), be sure to replace it with a new one (w/ Manual (SOS) Switch).
