INSTALLATION

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

HINT:

Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
The following procedure is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL OUTER MIRROR CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the outer mirror control ECU assembly with the 2 screws.

(b) Connect the 2 connectors.

2. INSTALL FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

3. INSTALL COURTESY LIGHT ASSEMBLY

4. INSTALL MULTIPLEX NETWORK MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR UPPER ARMREST BASE PANEL (for Driver Side)

5. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR UPPER ARMREST BASE PANEL (for Front Passenger Side)

6. INSTALL NO. 2 DOOR TRIM PAD

Reassembly

REASSEMBLY PROCEDURE 1. INSTALL VACUUM PUMP VANE (a) Apply engine oil to the vacuum pump vane and vacuum pump vane caps and install the vacuum pump vane caps to the vacuum pump vane. (b) Apply engine oil to the vacuum pump vane with vacuum pump vane caps and install it to the vacuum pump housing. NO
