DISASSEMBLY
PROCEDURE
1. REMOVE OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE
| (a) Using a 27 mm socket wrench, remove the oil pump relief valve plug from the oil pump cover sub-assembly. |

(b) Remove the oil pump relief valve spring and oil pump relief valve from the oil pump cover sub-assembly.
2. REMOVE OIL PUMP COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
| (a) Remove the 5 bolts and oil pump cover sub-assembly from the oil pump body. |

3. REMOVE OIL PUMP DRIVEN ROTOR
| (a) Remove the oil pump driven rotor from the oil pump regulator ring. |

4. REMOVE OIL PUMP REGULATOR RING
| (a) Remove the oil pump regulator ring, 2 oil pump regulator vanes, 2 vane springs and oil pump relief valve spring from the oil pump body. |
